Digital products
Digital products such as templates, planners, guides, prompt packs and design kits are often sold as the easiest way to make money with AI. Make it once, sell it forever. In practice, AI has made these products very cheap to produce, so marketplaces are full of near-identical listings, and many sell few or no copies.
What still works is the same as before AI: a product that solves a specific problem for a specific person, made with real expertise that a buyer couldn't get by typing one prompt. AI can speed up formatting, drafts and variations. It can't supply the insight that makes something worth paying for.
This section covers choosing a niche you actually know, checking demand before you build, marketplace rules on AI-generated content, copyright questions around AI images, and how to describe your product honestly.
