Claude.ai stuck loading or showing a blank screen

What's happening

A blank Claude.ai screen is nearly always a stale cached bundle or a blocked script, not a lost account.

Fix it

1. Hard refresh with Ctrl/Cmd + Shift + R to pull a fresh app bundle.
2. Open claude.ai in a private window to bypass extensions and cached state.
3. Disable ad blockers and privacy extensions for claude.ai, then reload.
4. Clear cookies and site data for claude.ai and sign in again.
5. Try a different browser to confirm whether the problem is browser-specific.
